Shipping and delivery
At Mowello, we work with reliable logistics and transport partners to ensure safe and smooth deliveries in Norway and Denmark.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

We deliver to Norway and Denmark.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the purchase is finalized and may vary depending on the selected shipping method and current promotions.
We occasionally offer free shipping in connection with campaigns or special offers. Current offers are shown on our website and in our channels.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time in Norway is:
5–9 days
Please note that the delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by, for example, high volume, public holidays, transport delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order processing
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with any available tracking information.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct delivery information when ordering.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected within the time frame set by the carrier, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of currently 150 NOK to cover the costs of shipping, return shipping, and handling.
Transport damage
If the package or product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you further.
